A sports and fitness store runs on the neutral pack.

No dedicated pack is built for this sector yet, so a shop selling equipment, apparel, supplements or recovery kit lands on the neutral one. This trade is unusual in holding two different kinds of product behind one storefront, and the two lean on different halves of the code: a hardware question goes to search and pairing, an intake question goes to the handover. This page counts what runs on day one, names the four switches a pack would open, and writes out the one place where the base rule set does not reach this trade’s own marketing language.

A pack changes what Refik asks; it leaves the ten sources an answer is built from exactly where they were. A sports shop reads the same ten as a placed one — what Refik reads.

What runs

Nine tools, and two kinds of product that reach for different ones.

Ten of the twelve tools are present under every pack; a pack only decides whether shade matching and a remembered profile are offered. The ordered-routine tool is the third one that stays shut here, and your catalogue shuts it rather than the pack: it is offered once at least one chain carries a product role, and roles are the thing a pack supplies. Order status, guest order lookup, the return request, the shipping and returns lookup, the stock-back e-mail and the handover to your team all work from the first conversation, and the shipping answer comes out of your own policy pages rather than out of memory — as two legs plus a total, because quoting the transit leg alone shortens the wait a shopper is told by about a week.

A training programme is the routine tool under another name

One tool builds an ordered set and writes it onto the routine table a shopper sees, and it is the only tool that touches that table — the pairing tool says so in its own description rather than leaving the model to find out. A programme is the same mechanism with different words in it: something to warm up with, a main movement, an accessory, something for afterwards. It is kept out of the list the model is handed while no chain carries a role, and the pairing tool switches to wording that promises pairing alone instead of pointing at a tool the model cannot see. That is a deliberate choice in the code: a visible tool that returns nothing every time it is called is worse than an absent one.

Nothing in the neutral file names this trade

The usage tool hands back a product’s own instructions along with what usually goes wrong, and the “what usually goes wrong” examples belong to a trade and arrive with a pack. Under the neutral pack that sentence ships without them on purpose: writing this trade’s typical mistake on a pack’s behalf, having measured none, is exactly the leak the design was built to avoid. The same rule was applied to shade matching after a measurement: that tool was once written end to end in cosmetics language, so any store that switched it on was handing the model a make-up schema whatever it sold. Both now fall back to wording that describes what the field measures and names no trade at all.

A hardware question

  • Search runs before any recommendation and reads what the shopper typed rather than a category mapped in advance
  • A barcode is matched in the code itself, so a shopper typing the number off the box lands on the product under any pack
  • A Spanish or Turkish word is matched from the pack’s own synonym table, and the neutral file carries none — so that leg does nothing here
  • No pack corrects a misspelling: there is no fuzzy matching in the code, and a clipped word is found only when the real one contains it
  • An item that is out of stock never appears in what search hands back, and the stock-back e-mail is offered right after the closest alternative
  • The pairing tool lists what goes with a bar, a rack or a pair of shoes — it does not order the steps and does not price a set
  • Disappointment reaches the usage tool first, ahead of any talk of a return, a credit or a discount
  • A damaged or defective item skips the return request entirely and goes to your team instead

An intake question

  • A prescription, a current medication or a drug interaction matches one of the nine base handover patterns
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding take three of the nine on their own, one per language
  • Diabetes, asthma, blood pressure, a heart condition, epilepsy and thyroid all sit inside a single pattern
  • A named allergy, the shopper’s own doctor, safety for a child and recent surgery close the list
  • On a match Refik stops recommending, offers the ingredient list and points the shopper at a professional
  • Medical questions are named in the handover tool’s own description, alongside complaints, damaged goods and return disputes
  • A handover needs an e-mail so your team can reach them: for a signed-in shopper it is taken automatically, a guest is asked first

Counted, not written

One of the six words this trade sells on is in the base rule set.

The base set carries sixteen claim rules across eight families and is merged in whatever the shop sells, in English, Turkish and Spanish. Six words carry most of the marketing in this trade: pain, muscle, performance, recovery, supplement and stamina. Each was looked for inside the rule patterns with a boundary on both sides, and the search was calibrated in both directions — a word known to be in there was found, an invented one was not. One of the six is present. The other five appear in none of the sixteen patterns, and that is the honest shape of what the base set does and does not hold here.

16

claim rules in the base set, across eight families, merged in whatever the shop sells.

1

of the six words this trade sells on appears inside any of those sixteen patterns.

0

words from the banned-substance axis appear in any claim rule or handover pattern.

The one that is covered, and how narrowly

The word pain sits in the condition list of the first rule, next to migraine, cancer, acne and eczema. The rule also needs a treating verb in front of that list — treats, treating, cures, curing, heals or healing — so cures joint pain is reported and great for sore joints is not. The same rule has a Turkish and a Spanish twin, so for this one phrasing the three-language cover is real rather than claimed.

The five that are not

Muscle, performance, recovery, supplement and stamina appear in no pattern in the base set. One rule does hold the loudest form of the claim — a promise, a certain outcome, total effectiveness — and that is what leaves the ordinary sentences untouched: that a product builds muscle, speeds up recovery, or raises endurance. Those are this trade’s standard marketing language, which is exactly why a rule for them belongs to a pack written for it and measured against a real catalogue rather than invented on this page.

Banned substances are not an axis yet

The age-restricted rule names alcohol, nicotine, vaping, tobacco, cbd, thc and kratom, and the sentences it refuses are about age checks, addiction and prescriptions. Ten words from the other side of that subject — doping, banned, prohibited, the list an anti-doping body keeps, steroid, anabolic and four more — appear in none of the sixteen claim rules and none of the nine handover patterns. Measured with the same boundary and the same two-way calibration, not assumed.

A rule written for this trade is a pack’s job, and a pack is what this sector has yet to get. Until one exists the smaller claim is the true one: the base set holds the medical sentence and the absolute one, and leaves the performance sentence to whoever writes it — what the base set carries.

From the schema

Four things a pack for this trade would add.

A pack is a file of named fields, and the schema says which of them a pack has to carry. These four are the ones this trade would fill, in the order of what they unlock.

  • Product roles, and an ordered programme

A role dictionary maps your products onto the parts of a routine, and it is the precondition for the one tool that writes to the routine table a shopper sees. With no roles the chain is empty, the tool is kept out of the list the model is handed, and the pairing tool falls back to wording that promises pairing alone. Roles are the first field to fill because they are the one that opens a tool rather than improving an answer.

  • Replenishment intervals

A role maps to a lifetime in days, and a reminder candidate is only produced between twenty-one and two hundred and forty days after the order. A tub of powder is a clean consumable — a weight, a scoop and a frequency are arithmetic — and the switch that produces those candidates is one of the three a pack opens. Under the neutral pack the candidate list comes back empty for two independent reasons: the switch is shut, and the role-to-days table is where a pack would put the days.

  • Profile fields for a goal and a level

The remembered profile is one of the two tools a pack has to switch on in writing, and switching it on makes a written description of the fields mandatory rather than optional. A goal and a training level are the two this trade would keep, and they are the difference between asking once and asking again in every conversation. The neutral file lists no profile fields at all, so there is nothing for that tool to remember and the tool is not offered.

  • An ingredient dictionary

The active-ingredient dictionary maps the words printed on a label onto the words a shopper actually uses. On the intake half of this trade it is the field that does the most work, because the question is usually asked about an ingredient rather than about a product. In the neutral file it is empty, along with the role dictionary, the need tags, the synonym table, the intent list and both rule lists — nine of its fourteen fields are empty collections.

Unchanged

What stays yours, under every pack.

These three are the same on every vertical page on this site, and that is the point: they describe the part of Refik that your store decides and a pack only reads.

You choose it, and the server measures again

Refik counts how many of your products carry any of a pack’s words and shows you the count, the ranked score, up to eight of the words it matched and up to three example products for each. A pack is only suggested when the share clears a threshold, at least three different words matched and at least five products matched. You confirm it, and the server runs the measurement again on its own before it writes anything. How a pack gets chosen.

Your catalogue supplies the products

A pack supplies names; your catalogue supplies the products. Every option Refik offers has passed two gates in your own store — sellable, and in stock — so the products a shopper sees are the ones you carry today. A pack tag that matches zero products in your catalogue is counted and shown in the console, with the number it matched.

The base set stays merged in

Sixteen claim rules and nine handover patterns are merged in when any pack loads, in English, Turkish and Spanish, and they sit behind the pack’s own rules so the pack’s rule is still the first one reported. A base rule that would report the same words twice stays quiet. An empty set makes the app refuse the pack outright. The base set.

A pack arrives for this trade the day a catalogue in it is measured, and until then the neutral file is the honest one — the neutral pack, counted. The industries page lists the packs that exist and the three gates a store has to clear for one of them; this sector sits among the stores those gates leave unplaced — how a pack gets chosen.
