Refik is a product of Pirahas Türkiye. A message sent with the form below arrives as an e-mail in the Pirahas inbox, and the reply comes from there. If you would rather use your own mail program, the address is [email protected].
Message
Four fields, one of them optional.
A question about the app, a store you want to set up, a page here that says something wrong — all of it goes to the same inbox. Nobody promises a reply time on this page, because none has been measured.
Sent. Your message is on its way to [email protected], and the reply will come to the address you gave.
The message was not sent: a field was missing or too long. Check the name, a working e-mail address and a message of at least ten characters, then send it again.
The message was not sent: too many messages left this connection in the last minute. Wait a minute and send it again.
The message was not sent because the mail service did not accept it. Nothing was kept; please try again later or write to [email protected] directly.
What happens to it
An e-mail, and nothing kept on the way.
The form posts to a small function that checks the fields and hands them to the mail service. It has no database, so there is nothing for it to keep.
One inbox: [email protected]
The message is delivered by our hosting provider’s e-mail service to the Pirahas Türkiye inbox, with your address set as the one to reply to. It is kept there as correspondence; no deletion period has been set for that inbox, and this page does not pretend one has.
Your IP address
To stop a script from flooding the inbox, a connection can send only a few messages a minute. The limit is counted against a one-way hash of the address at the moment of sending; the address itself is not written anywhere and is not in the e-mail.
Spam is filtered without a third-party challenge: the form carries one field a person never sees, and a message that fills it in is dropped without being sent. A shopper asking about their own data should go through the store they bought from — the data-request page explains why that route is the one that works.
